The Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT has released the latest version of Cypress, its electronic health record testing tool. Cypress is a free, open-source tool vendors can use to test their products' ability to calculate clinical quality measures for the Meaningful Use incentive program. The new version, Cypress v2, is the official testing tool for the 2014 EHR edition of the certification program. EHR vendors can download the program from the project's website.
